Red Bank Police activity log entries from June 27 through July 2. The log is unedited.

Burglary reported on 6-27-08 at W. Bergen PlaceĀ—Vacant Resident. Owner reported that entry was gained by breaking window and removing air-conditioner. Stolen were electrical fixtures, 8 wall sconces and one crystal chandelier, various set of china, glassware and linens. House was broken into again on 6-28-08 and various items were stolen. Ptl. Theft occurring at Spring St. on 6-27-08. Victim reported prescription pills being stolen from her purse. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft and Criminal Mischief occurring on 6-28-08 at Bodman Place. Employee stated that she heard and saw an unidentified white male subject breaking into the wine refrigerator in the hallway. Stolen was 2 to 5 bottles of wine unknown price. Sgt. Frank Bitsko.

Robbery occurring on 6-28-08 in area of Bank St. and Leighton Ave. Victim reported that two black males approached him assaulted him about the face and body and stole his wallet containing cash and I.D. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring on 6-28-08 at Maple Ave. restaurant. Victim reported that her Coach purse was stolen from the table and it contained I.D. and cash. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Theft occurring on 6-28-08 at English Plaza. Victim reported that unknown male subject entered his office and asked for directions. Victim walked him downstairs and upon returning noticed that his wallet had been stolen from desk area. Contained in wallet cash, credit cards, I.D. Ptl. Gary Watson, Jr.

Theft occurring on 6-29-08 at Monmouth St. parking lot. Victim reported that her wallet was stolen from vehicle and it contained cash and credit cards. Ptl. Wendy Samis.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 6-28-08 and 6-29-08 at East Bergen Place. Victim reported that unknown person broke the gas tank cap and shoved leaves into gas tank of vehicle. Ptl. Wendy Samis.

Theft occurring on 6-29-08 at Broad St. restaurant. Victim reported his wallet was stolen which contained credit cards and I.D. Ptl. James DePonte.

Criminal Mischief reported 6-30-08 in the area of Prospect Ave. Officer reported that unknown subject spray painted graffiti on the roadway. Det. Joey Fields.

Theft occurring on 7-1-08 at River Street. Victim reported that two orange cones were stolen from driveway of residence. Ptl. Wendy Samis.

Criminal mischief occurring at White St. During the last two weeks owner reports that unknown subjects have been throwing bottles and food at the storefront windows. Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Broad St. On 6-29-08 owner reported finding several glass bottles thrown and smashed at front entrance to business. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Monmouth St. between 7-1-08 and 7-2-08. Owner of business reported that unknown person spray painted graffiti on delivery truck. Ptl. Nichola Maletto.

Theft occurring at West St. between 7-1-08 and 7-2-08. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole several small American flags from front porch, three white 5 gal. Buckets and one white milk crate. Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Theft occurring at Monmouth St. on 7-1-08. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole his cell phone which was on bench at train station. Phone was a Motorola Ā“TĀ” Mobile Razor. Capt. Peter DeFazio.

A male juvenile age 16 was arrested on 6-30-08 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Robbery and Simple Assault by Det. Robert Clayton.

Alvin Akeem Ross, age 18 male from Red Bank was arrested on 6-29-08 in the area of River St. for Poss of CDS Crack Cocaine and Poss. of Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. James DePonte.

Devin L. Davis, age 23 male from Red Bank was arrested on 6-29-08 in the area of River St. for Poss. of Marijuana under 50 grams and Unlawful Poss. of a Weapon by Ptl. James DePonte.

Jesus Hernandez-Sanchez, male, age 25 of Red Bank was arrested on 6-29-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Bautista R. Cruz, male, age 20 male of Cleveland, Tennessee was arrested on 6-29-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Jorge Gonzalez-Garcia, male, age 28 of Red Bank was arrested on 6-29-08 in the area of S. Pearl St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Gary Watson, Jr.

Robert J. Donnegan, male, age 23 of Middletown was arrested on 6-28-08 in the area of White St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Sgt. Frank Bitsko.
