Criminal Mischief occurring on 2-2-09 at Broad St. parking lot. Victim reported that unknown person(s) used a sharp object to scratch the side of parked vehicle on purpose. Ptl. John Camarca.

Theft occurring at Broad St. on 2-2-09. Owner reported that a silver Sony Camcorder and Portable Magnavox CD Radio were stolen from the basement of business. Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Theft occurring on 2-4-09 at English Plaza business. Employee reported that a cell phone, AT&T black Apple I-Phone was stolen. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Theft occurring on 2-5-09 in the area of Bridge Ave. Victim was standing on sidewalk looking through his wallet when a group of unidentified male subject(s) came up, grabbed his wallet and fled. Wallet was recovered later in parking lot with all contents in the wallet. Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

OTHER ARRESTS:

Edwin Acevedo, age 27 male from Eatontown was arrested on 2-2-09 in the area of River St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Bartholomew Brenner, age 25 male from Rumson was arrested on 2-1-09 in the area of West Front St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Jeffrey Daiker, age 40 male from Atlanta, Georgia was arrested on 1-31-09 in the area of Broad St. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Joseph M. Carman, male age 28 of Middletown was arrested on 1-31-09 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Andrew Stadelberger, age 22 male from New York, NY was arrested on 1-30-09 in the area of Coopers Bridge for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana Under 50 grams by Ptl. Michael Zadloc. [Update: On January 13, 2011, state Superior Court Judge Jamie Perri ordered all records of Stadelberger’s arrest and a subsequent conditional discharge be expunged from court and all law enforcement records.]
