Criminal Mischief occurring on 5-22-09 at Riverside Ave.—Parking Garage. Unknown person(s) scratched side of parked vehicle with sharp object. Ptl. Deron Ilarraza.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 5-22-09 at Cedar St. Victim reported that juveniles who were playing inside truck damaged the visor by carving graffiti into same. Lt. Michael Clay.

Theft of Services occurring on 5-24-09 at Monmouth St.—Restaurant. Manager reported that party of 60 people left the establishment without paying the bill for the food. Ptl. Michael Zadlock

Theft reported on 5-26-09 which occurred at W. Front St. Victim reported that on 2-23-09 an unknown person charged a large sum of money to his bank account without authorization. Sgt. Frank Bitsko.

Theft occurring on 5-22-09 in the area of Bridge Ave. Victim reported that she had used her ATM card and misplaced it. Report from the bank three days later revealed several unauthorized charges not made by the victim. Ptl. George Travostino.

Carlos Wilson, age 29 male from Jersey City was arrested on 5-25-09 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl Michael Zadlock.

Gregorio Diaz-Lozada, age 36 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-26-09 in the area of Newman Springs Road for False Government Documents by Sgt. Errico Vescio.

Ronald K. Hegan, age 57 male from Middletown was arrested on 5-26-09 in the area of Monmouth Street for Disorderly conduct, Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest by Ptl. David Hicks.

Michael J. Lovett, age 45 male from Red Bank was arrested on 5-25-09 in the area of Broad St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Kyle Manley, age 22 male from Rumson was arrested on 5-24-09 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Matthew Feeney, age 22 male of Middletown was arrested on 5-24-09 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl Ashon Lovick.

Germaine Sims, age 31 male from Red Bank was arrested on 5-24-09 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Francisco Olivares-Palma, age 21 male from Red Bank was arrested on 5-23-09 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Donald T. Cameron, age 45 male from Red Bank was arrested on 5-22-09 in the area of Spring St. for Poss. of CDS, Cocaine by Sgt. Michael Frazee.

Rafael Rosas-Perez, age 20 of Red Bank was arrested on 5-21-09 for Sexual Assault by Inv. Wendy Samis.

Katie May Muller age 22 female from Red Bank was arrested on 5-21-09 in the area of Monmouth St. for Simple Assault by Capt Darren McConnell. [Update, November 24, 2013: this case was dismissed on July 16, 2009 and ordered expunged from police and court records on August 20, 2011.]

Brian James Colson, age 23 male from Middletown was arrested on 5-22-09 in the area o f CooperÂ’s Bridge for DWI by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.
