It’s gonna be a steamy day.
So says the National Weather Service, which is forecasting temperatures in the mid-to-upper 90s. And “temperatures are not expected to be much cooler at the shore,” the agency cautions.
A “heat advisory” is in effect from 10a to 8p today. Meantime, scattered thunderstorms are expected to provide some relief.
