PUMP IT UP FOR A GOOD CAUSE

f2f_charityIn the redbankgreen inbox this week: a fat-burning, muscle-toning, butt-whipping way to help out a charitable effort.

Tomorrow and Sunday, personal trainers from Fat2Fire Bootcamp are donating their time and use of their facility in Tinton Falls for a daylong series of workouts.

All the proceeds of the event, which costs a minimum (tax deductible) donation of $20 to attend, are slated for the American Cancer Society.

Here’s the 411, straight from the inbox:

The bootcamp starts both mornings at 8:00am, with participant registration beginning at 7.30am.

Bootcamp participants of all fitness levels can expect an exciting fat burning workout lasting about 40 minutes consisting of a dynamic warm up, four circuits of interval exercises and a releasing stretch cool down. Participants should bring a towel, water bottle and burning desire to melt some fat.

Kids hit for free in Batting cages during workout!

Free massages will be available after bootcamp session by Massage Envy.
