A Red Bank man was arrested and charged with burglarizing the Monmouth Day Care Center on Drs. James Parker Boulevard three times in the past month.
Cops conducting surveillance caught 31-yea-old William Mancle in the act, according to Captain Darren McConnell, the department spokesman.
Now, Mancle is in the Monmouth County Jail, with bail set at $160,500.
According to McConnell, the arrest occurred in the early morning hours Thursday as Mancle was in the process of breaking into the childcare center for what police allege was for the third time.
Sergeant Michael Frazee, Invetigator Juan Sardo, and Patrolman Robert Campanella made the arrest.
Mancle faces three counts of burglary and criminal mischief along with two counts
of theft, McConnell said.
