A Red Bank man is free on bail after borough police arrested him for peeking into an occupied bathroom stall at Red Bank Catholic High School.
Ausencio Flores-Espinoza, 27, was arrested last Friday at the school and charged with invasion of privacy, a fourth-degree offense, said police spokesman Captain Darren McConnell.
McConnell said Flores-Espinoza, a contract custodian at the school, was alleged to have looked under the stall door in a girls’ lavatory while the stall was in use. The incident took place after school hours, he said.
Flores-Espinoza was freed on $2,500 bail, McConnell said.
