RED BANK BUSTS SIX FOR SKATEBOARDING

Theft reported on 11-30-12 at Spring Street—apartment complex. Employee of landscaping company reported that gas powered hedge clipper was stolen from property. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Criminal Mischief occurring at West Front St.—Riverside Gardens Park. Report of smashed slate tiles in park by unknown person(s). Ptl. George Travostino.

Criminal Mischief occurring on Broad St. office building on 12-3-12. Report of glass window to office suite shattered by unknown person. Nothing reported missing. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Theft occurring on 12-3-12 at Leighton Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked car and removed wallet from console. Contained in wallet was cash, I.D. and debit card. Lt. Joshua Berbrick.

Robbery occurring on 12-3-12 at the Wallace and Mechanic Street parking lot. Victim reported that while walking through the lot he was approached by two unknown male subjects. One male asked for money and then pulled out a gun pointing it at the victim. The victim turned over cash and both subjects fled the area. Lt. Richard Mangold.

ARRESTS:
Archibald McGill age 22 male of Middletown was arrested on 12-6-12 in the area of W. Front St for Obstructing the Administration of Law by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Four juvenile male subjects ranging from age of 15 to 17 from Red Bank, Ocean NJ and Myrtle Beach SC were all arrested on 12-6-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Skateboarding Ordinance by Ptl. Dawn Shields and Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Nicholas Dresch, age 19 male of Red Bank and Connor Walsh, age 19 male of Long Branch were arrested on 12-6-12 in the area of West Front St. for Skateboarding Ordinance by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Victor Rizzotto, age 24 male of Asbury Park was arrested on 12-6-12 in the area of E. Newman Springs Rd. for Theft by Det. Wendy Samis,.

Anthony Rivera, age 27 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-6-12 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Simple Assault, False Imprisonment by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Fredrick Schwarz, age 46 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-4-12 in the area of Branch Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Adam Goldenthal, age 42 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-4-12 in the area of Riverview Plaza for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Dylan Parenty, age 18 male of Eatontown was arrested on 12-3-12 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Shoplifting by Inv. Robert Campanella.

Francisco Hernandez-Cruz, age 27 male of Long Branch was arrested on 12-3-12 in the area of Chestnut St. for COC by Ptl. Paul Perez.

Louie Magnus, age 23 male of Red Bank was arrested on 12-1-12 in the area of South St. of Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and Defiant Trespass by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Irene Hansen, age 47 female of Red Bank was arrested on 12-1-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for DWI by Ptl. Garrett Falco.
