FAIR HAVEN CRIME AND ARREST REPORTS

Crime and arrest reports, unedited, as provided by the Fair Haven Police Department for the period of February 1 through March 31, 2014.

authorities_fh2_2014-666868002/08- Rudolph Kastner, Age 50, Rumson, was arrested by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra for a warrant issued out of Rumson Borough for failure to comply with a court order. Subject posted bail before being released.

02/08- Gabrielle Zomro, Age 26, Rumson was arrested by Ptl. Dwayne Reevey for Driving While Intoxicated.  Ms. Zomro also received summonses for Speeding and Reckless Driving. Subject was released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance.

02/08- David Parrott, Age 29, Ardmore, PA was arrested by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra for an active warrant out of Lacey Twp for contempt. Subject posted bail and was released.

02/09- A Fair Haven resident contacted Police after a juvenile in their residence received sexually explicit texts via a Skype chat with an unknown subject. Det. Schneider is investigating.

02/16- Seamus Tynan, Age 18, Fair Haven, turned himself in on an active warrant out of this jurisdiction for Contempt.  S/O Robert Henne took the report.

02/19- Jeffrey Hayet, Age 22, Oceanport, was placed under arrest and charged with Burglary, possession of stolen property, aggravated assault on a Police Officer and escape.  The charges stemmed from an early morning burglary of a Woodland Dr. residence.  All proceeds for the burglary were recovered and returned to the victims. Mr. Hayet was placed into Monmouth County Jail on $75,000.00 bail with no 10% option. Subject was placed under arrest by Det. Stephen Schneider and Ptl. Christian Hostrup.

02/22- A Gentry Drive residents reported the theft of a license plate from the front of one of his parked vehicles. Sgt. Jesse Dykstra is investigating.

David Savage, Age 41, Fair Haven was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of Shrewsbury, subject posted bail before release. S/O Robert Henne was the arresting Officer.

Eric Thomas, Age 51, Fair Haven was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of Eatontown for failure to comply with a court order.  S/O Antonio Murray made the arrest.

An Oxford Ave resident reported that his Social Security number was used by an unknown subject in Florida to obtain services from a utility company.  Cpl. John Waltz took the report and is investigating.

03/21- Ryan Cauwels. Age 22, Fair Lawn, NJ, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of East Brunswick. Subject posted cash bail before being released. Det. Stephen Schneider was the arresting Officer.

03/22-A Second Street resident reported that theft of a ceramic statue from his property. Sgt. Sherri Lambert took the report.

03/25- A Linden Dr. resident reported that an unknown subject(s) has charged her debit charged fraudulently. Cpl. John Waltz took the report and is investigating.
