RED BANK: CRIMES AND ARRESTS

The crime and arrest reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of October 12 to October 17, 2016. This information is unedited. For additional information, please scroll to the bottom of this post.

Criminal Mischief: On 10-12-16 in the area of Monmouth St. the victim reported damage to the hood of his vehicle due to someone jumping on it. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Criminal Mischief: On 10-12-16 in the area of W. Bergen Pl. the victim reported damage to their fence. Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Criminal Mischief: On 10-16-16 in the area of W. Front St. the Victim reported that damage was done to a Halloween display in the front yard and graffiti was written on a large chair. Also three pumpkins were taken. Sgt. David Hicks.

Theft: On 10-18-16 in the area of Harding Rd. the victim reported credit cards and a NJ driver’s license were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Theft: On 10-18-16 in the area of Maple Ave the victim reported a wallet stolen. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Theft: On 10-18-16 in the area of E. Newman Springs Rd. shoplifting occurred. The items were recovered. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

ARRESTS

Aaron W. Card, age 38 was arrested on 10-12-16 in the area of W Front St. for Contempt of Court by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

Jakemia M. Miller, age 32 of Red Bank was arrested on 10-12-16 in the area of Central Ave. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Courtney L. Shambaugh, age 30 of Middletown was arrested on 10-12-16 in the area of Mohawk Lane for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Kayla Cuttitta, age 20 of Toms River was arrested on 10-12-16 in the area of W. Front St. for Possession of Marijuana by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Ose S. Gaigbe-Togbe, age 26 of Hazlet was arrested on 10-14-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of court by OFC Darren McConnell.

Carl Stainagle, age 66 of Middletown was arrested on 10-15-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for DWI by OFC Darren McConnell.

Elizabeth Immerman, age 50 of Lincroft was arrested on 10-15-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Patsy Townsend, age 37 of W. Long Branch was arrested on 10-16-16 in the area of Mechanic St. for DWI by OFC Darren McConnell.

Dwayne J. Gutridge, age 25 of Neptune was arrested on 10-16-16 in the area of Wharf Ave for DWI by OFC Darren McConnell.

John Ballantyne, age 27 of Levittown, NY was arrested on 10-16-16 in the area of Bodman Pl. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Julie Ballantyne, age 23 of Levittown, NY was arrested on 10-16-16 in the area of Bodman Pl. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Susan Ballantyne, age 22 of Levittown, NY was arrested on 10-16-16 in the area of Bodman Pl. for Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
