James Parker Boulevard, hosts the latest in their Tiny Porch series concerts with a West African Jazz Fusion performance by the Digba Ogunbiyi Quartet. Bring a lawn chair, and park yourself on the beautiful front lawn of the Cultural Center, kick back, relax and enjoy some jazz.
