Red Bank police arrested a pair of teenagers who were alleged to have stolen a car in Eatontown on Monday.

On Monday, May 10, 2010 Red Bank Police arrested two people who
fled from a stolen vehicle at Count Basie Park in the borough.
Sgt. Robert Gannon and Ptl. James DePonte were on patrol in the area
when they spotted a vehicle that was reported stolen in Eatontown.
When they attempted to stop the vehicle in the parking lot of Count
Basie Park, the two male occupants fled.
After a foot chase, police arrested Gregory Sims, 18 years old from Eatontown, and a fifteen-year-old from Tinton Falls. Both subjects were charged with
Receiving Stolen Property and Resisting Arrest.
