Entries from the Red Bank Police Department activity log for the week of January 16 to 23. This report is unedited.

Burglary occurring between 1-15-09 and 1-16-09 at Monmouth St.—Grocery Store. Unknown subject(s) broke window in rear of building and gained entry. Stolen from business were 10 cell phones and 150 to 200 calling cards. Ptl. John Camarca Det. Robert Clayton

Burglary, Criminal Mischief occurring on 1-17-09 at Wallace St. residence. Subject, Daniel Poncie-Cuatecatl was arrested for burglary and criminal mischief. Bathroom window was broken and damage was done to exterior door by the accused. Nothing stolen. Sgt. Robert Gannon.

Theft occurring in Red Bank on 1-17-09 Victim stated that she either lost or had her wallet stolen while in Red Bank. Black leather Coach wallet which contained credit cards, ATM card and I.D. Attempts to use the ATM card were made by unknown subject(s). Lt. Richard Mangold.

Theft occurring at Maple Ave. on 1-20-09. Victim reported that his wallet was stolen from coat pocket. Contained, cash, metro card and credit cards. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 1-20-09 and 1-21-09 at Irving Place—residence. Victim reported that her vehicle which was parked in the driveway was damaged with a long scratch on driver’s side by unknown person(s). Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Antonio Zenteno-Carvente, age 22 male from Red Bank was arrested on 1-22-09 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Terroristic Threats by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Brij M. Sharma, age 67 male from Colonia, NJ was arrested on 1-22-09 in the area of DeForrest Lane for Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Daniel Ponce-Cuatecatl, age 27 male from Red Bank was arrested on 1-17-09 in the area of Wallace St. for Burglary, Criminal Mischief and Lewdness by Sgt. Robert Gannon.

Jonathan M. Sears, age 36 male from Fairbanks, Alaska was arrested on 1-21-09 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. James DePonte.

Gerardo Cuanenemi-Barrios male age 32 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-20-09 in the area of Peters Place for Simple Assault by Ptl. John Camarca

A male juvenile age 17 from Atlantic Highlands was arrested on 1-20-08 in the area of Chestnut St. for Resisting Arrest by Lt. Richard Mangold.

Fernando Linares-Garcia, male age 20 of Red Bank was arrested on 1-20-09 in the area of Monmouth St. and West St. for Burglary and Theft by Ptl. James DePonte.

A female age 16 from Red Bank was arrested on 1-19-09 in the area of Allen Place for Simple Assault by Ptl. James DePonte.

Darnell Suydam, age 29 male from Red Bank was arrested on 1-17-09 in the area of Linden Place for Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault by Ptl. Paul Perez.

A male age 17 from Belford was arrested on 1-16-09 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Dawn Shields.

Rodney Shivers, age 18 male from Asbury Park was arrested on 1-16-09 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto
