Little Silver police are investigating a burglary over the weekend at a Little Silver doctor’s office, police said.
Between Saturday night and Monday morning, the office, at 31 Seven Bridges Road, was broken into, said Lieutenant Joseph Mazza. An undetermined amount of cash and electronics were stolen.
The office, listed in Monmouth County property records to Rao Gourkanti, an internal medicine doctor, is a dual purpose residence and office.
The burglary occurred between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Monday, Mazza said.
“When employees first walked into work they noticed the door was busted open,” Mazza told redbankgreen.
There is no alarm system at the office, he said.
While police investigate the crime, they ask that anyone with information contact the department at 732.747.5900.
