MIDDLETOWN: PAIR CHARGED IN BURGLARIES

call-in-the-authorities• On February 29, 2012 Detectives Kevin Gardiner and Laurence Schachtel arrested Brittany Stewart, age 20, from Cresci Boulevard in Hazlet, NJ and Kenneth Dellapietro, age 24, from Sunset Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, for committing three residential burglaries throughout Middletown Township over a two month period.

The pair was charged with committing burglaries on Peach Blossom Lane, Brainard Avenue and Hialeah Avenue after police recovered property stolen from the homes.

Stewart and Dellapietro were each charged with three counts of Burglary, Theft, Criminal Mischief and Conspiracy. Stewart was also charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Dellapietro was also charged with Failing to Notify Police of a Change of Address as required by Megan’s Law. Stewart was being held on $87,500 bail with a 10% option and Dellapietro was being held on $190,000.00 bail with no 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

• Marsida Karagjozi, age 39, Beachview Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested by February 28, 2012 by Patrolman Antonio Ciccone for Obstructing the Administration of Law and Shoplifting from the Shoprite Store. She was released pending a court date.

• Curtis Sullivan, age 25, from Palmer Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on February 28, 2012 by Detective Kelly Godley for Aggravated Assault, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. He was held on $55,000.00 with no 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

• Matthew Lind, age 21, from Virginia Terrace in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on February 29, 2012 by Patrolman Lawrence Seymour on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• On February 28, 2012 Corporal Keith MacDonald arrested a 14 year old female juvenile from Leonardo, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. She was released pending a court date.

• Andrew Schacht, age 20, from Seabreeze Way in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on February 29, 2012 by Patrolman Carl Roth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Neptune Municipal Court. He was held on $500.00 bail.

• Robert Johnson, age 38, from Franklin Avenue in West Keansburg, NJ, arrested on February 29, 2012 by Detective Daniel Sullivan for Receiving Stolen Property. He was released pending a court date.

• Tammy Crine, age 44, from Kenwood Drive in Middletown, NJ, arrested on February 29, 2012 by Patrolman Robert McNair on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250.00 bail.

• Daniel McGowan, age 31, from Park Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, arrested on February 29, 2012 by Detective Adam Finck for Burglary, Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. He was released pending a court date.

• Nicolas Foley, age 18, from Parkway Place East in Holmdel, NJ, arrested on March 1, 2012 by Patrolman Frank Mazza and Patrolman John Mele of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was released after posting $195.00 bail.

• Howard Eastmond, age 31, from Church Street in Belford, NJ, arrested on March 1, 2012 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• Serge Honinow, age 62, from Pleasant Valley Road in Wickatunk, NJ, arrested on March 1, 2012 by Patrolman Charles Higgins for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

• Sean Cervone, age 28, from McClean Street in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on March 1, 2012 by Patrolman Michael Pintilie on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250.00 bail.

• Vincent Ruggiero, age 21, from Main Street in Belford, NJ, arrested on March 1, 2012 by Corporal James Keenan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was released after posting $164.00 bail.

• Lauren Thom, age 31, from Duchess Court in Toms River, NJ, arrested on March 2, 2012 by Patrolman Stephen Keller for Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving. She was released pending a court date.
