FAIR HAVEN TEENS ARRESTED FOR DRUG SALES

Recent activity reports, unedited, for the month of December, 2012, as provided by the Fair Haven Police Department.

call-in-the-authorities•[UPDATE, December 9, 2020: The following charges against Emily Garrison were dismissed and ordered expunged from court records after a plea and completion of pre-trial intervention in September, 2015.]

12/9/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested Emily Garrison, 18, of Fair Haven and a 17 year old Juvenile, from Fair Haven subsequent to a traffic stop both were charged with Distribution of CDS, Distribution of CDS within a School Zone, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Ms. Garrison was released pending Court and the Juvenile was released to a parent.

• 12/9/12 Sgt. Dykstra arrested Shane Callahan, 19, of Rumson for Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams subsequent to a traffic stop.  Mr. Callahan was released pending court.

• 12/14/12 Ptl. Reevey arrested Joseph A. Degruttola , 25, of Middletown for an Outstanding Warrant out of Fair Haven.  Mr. Degruttola was released after posting $1250 bail.

• 12/14/12 Sgt. Lambert and Ptl. Lagrotteria took a report from a Beuna Vista resident for Harassing Emails.

• 12/15/12 Sgt. Townshend arrested Christopher D. Marcelli, 22, of Fair Haven for D.W.I. subsequent to a motor vehicle accident.  Mr. Marcelli was issued two traffic summonses and was released pending court.

• 12/16/12 Ptl. Patton took a Theft report from a Harrison Ave home.  The resident reported a cement lion was taken.

• 12/22/12 S.O. Murray arrested William H. Parish ,19, of Fair Haven and Brendan R. Sullivan, 18 of Red Bank for Possession of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle under the legal age.  Both were released pending court.

• 12/22/12 Ptl. Reevey took a theft report from the Fair Haven Fire Department for two Christmas Trees .

• 12/22/12 S.O. Albert arrested Timothy P. Robinson, 21, of Red Bank for Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams subsequent a traffic stop.  Mr. Robinson was released pending court.

• 12/23/12 S.O. Murray arrested Russell J. Ela, 27, of Atlantic Highlands for an Outstanding Warrant.  Mr. Ela was released after posting $114 in bail.

• 12/28/12 Ptl. Hostrup arrested Samantha L. Walrath, 18, of Locust for Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and Possession of Paraphernalia.  Ms. Walrath was initially found in the Fair Haven trails after hours.

• 12/31/12 S.O. Murray arrested Kathleen Duddy ,56, of Manalapan for an Outstanding Warrant.  Mrs. Duddy posted $300 bail and was released.
