RED BANK: THIEF SCOOTS OFF WITH SCOOTER

Burglary occurring at River St. residence on 4-25-13. Victim reported that unknown person(s) pried the back door open, gained entry and stole a 42-inch flat screen Sony T.V. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Theft occurring on 4-28-13 at Hubbard Park. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole an electric scooter from driveway of residence. Ptl. David Smith.

Shoplifting on 4-29-13 at Water St.—Drug Store. Employee reported that unknown male subject shoplifted a bottle of cologne and left store without paying for same. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Theft occurring between 4-27-13 and 4-28-13 at Central Ave. Victim reported that her car had been towed and when she went to retrieve the vehicle, her T Mobile cell phone which was left inside of the vehicle was missing. Lt. Michael Clay.

Theft occurring on 4-29-13 at East Newman Springs Rd. – Car Rental Agency. Victim reported that after renting a car and dropping same off, she realized that an I pod had been left inside the vehicle. Upon trying to retrieve it, it was found to be missing. Lt. Joshua Berbrick.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 5-2-13 in the area of Mechanic St. and Globe Court. Victim reported that unknown person(s) threw several eggs at parked vehicle. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Theft occurring on Bridge Ave. restaurant/bar on 5-3-13. Victim reported that a group of male subjects sitting in the bar area reached over and grabbed two bottles of Champagne, then left establishment without paying for same. Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Joshua Stepney, age 28 on Tinton Falls was arrested on 5-2-13 in the area of Maple Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Jeanette Medler, age 45 female of Middletown was arrested on 4-30-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. James DePonte.

Darryl Laing, age 26 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-29-13 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Resisting Arrest, Hindering Apprehension, COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. James DePonte.

A male juvenile age 17 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-29-13 in the area of Maple Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. George Travostino.

Kevin Mallory, age 27 male of Keansburg was arrested on 4-29-13 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Poss. of CDS Crack cocaine and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Donald Pusateri, age 34 male of W. Long Branch was arrested on 4-28-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Poss. of CDS Heroin by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Lee Marchetti, age 22 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 4-28-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court], Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Poss. of Weapon and Poss. of Burglar Tools by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Justo Vasquez-Varela, age 29 male of Colts Neck was arrested on 4-28-13 in the area of W. Bergen Place for DWI by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

A male juvenile age 17 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-27-13 in the area of West St. for Poss. and Consumption of Alcohol Underage, Poss. of CDS Marijuana and Hindering Apprehension by Ptl. George Travostino

Timothy Johnson, age 27 of Red Bank male was arrested on 4-27-13 in the area of Leighton Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Thomas Armstrong, age 31 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-26-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

James Boggs, age 40 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-26-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe..

Christian Bauer, age 46 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-26-13 in the area of Bank St. for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. James DePonte.

Alfredo Varela, age 24 male of Red Bank was arrested on 4-25-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Amy Matheny, age 43 female of Red Bank was arrested on 4-25-13 in the area of W. Sunset Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. James DePonte.
