LITTLE SILVER COPS ARREST THREE FOR DWI

call-in-the-authoritiesJune 1– Siegfried Pham-Jackel, 19, of Little Silver, NJ, and Katherine Kustera, 20, of Rumson, NJ, were both arrested following an investigation on Mitchell Pl. for Possession of Alcohol Underage. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

June 2– John Lynch, 63, of Monmouth Beach, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Silverside Ave. for Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

June 3– A Credit Card Fraud was reported at the WalgreenÂ’s on Prospect Ave. after a subject attempted to purchase items with a stolen credit card. The subject fled the scene prior to police arrival. P.O. Andrew Smith and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

June 5– A resident reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) smashed the rear windshield of his vehicle and dented the trunk sometime during the late night hours. P.O. Peter Giblin investigated.

June 6– Eric Beechwood, 31, of Dorchester, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Little Silver Municipal Court. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

June 6– An employee from a doctorÂ’s office on Sycamore Ave. reported Theft after discovering that an unknown subject(s) stole several prescription blanks. Sgt. Martin Scherzinger and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

June 6– John Burke, 47, of Rumson, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Little Silver Municipal Court. P.O. Peter Giblin made the arrest.

June 7– Gregory Wolf, 48, of Middletown, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Broad St. for Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of CDS. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

June 7– An employee of CVS Pharmacy on Prospect Ave. reported Shoplifting after an unknown subject stole a large amount of cosmetics. The subject fled the store prior to police arrival. P.O. Andrew Smith investigated.

June 7– A male juvenile, 17, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested for Theft following an investigation on Ridge Rd. P.O. Robert Chenoweth made the arrest.

June 9– A resident from Garden Rd. reported a Burglary after discovering that an unknown subject(s) entered his vehicle sometime during the evening hours and removed several items. P.O. Andrew Smith and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

June 11– Andrew Jones, 41, of Asbury Park, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Oceanport Ave. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Asbury Park and Wall Township Municipal Courts. P.O. Peter Giblin made the arrest.

June 13– A resident from Mayfair Ct. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering that an unknown subject(s) made fraudulent purchases on her account. Sgt. Paul Halpin and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

June 14– A victim on Ridge Rd. reported Harassment after finding a handwritten note that was threatening in nature. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

June 14– Emilio Fernandez, 24, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following an investigation on Grant Pl. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Little Silver Municipal Court. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

June 15– Monique Harper, 33, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Spring St. for Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

June 17- A resident from Fox Hill Dr. reported Motor Vehicle Theft after discovering that an unknown subject(s) stole their vehicle during the early morning hours. P.O. Amanda Arnold and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

June 18- Joseph Mozino, 19, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle on Sycamore Ave. for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams. P.O. Michael Lahey made the arrest.

June 19– Two male juveniles, 12 & 13, of Little Silver, NJ, were arrested following an investigation on Willow Dr. for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. P.O. Frank Salerno made the arrests.

June 19– Two male juveniles, 13, of Oceanport, NJ, and 13, of Little Silver, NJ, were arrested following an investigation on Willow Dr. for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon and Aggravated Assault. P.O. Frank Salerno made the arrests.

June 20– Jay Lopez, 24, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Long Branch Municipal Court. Sgt. Paul Halpin made the arrest.

June 21– William Murray, 22, of Eatontown, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Rumson Rd. for Obstruction, Hindering Apprehension and an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Neptune Township Municipal Court. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.

June 21– A victim reported Terroristic Threats after being threatened by another party while attending an event on Ridge Rd. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. investigated.

June 22– Jake Kulat, 20, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following an investigation on Prospect Ave. for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief and Resisting Arrest. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. made the arrest.

June 22– A victim from Mayfair Ct. reported Harassment after an un-welcome guest came by the residence and made the victim uneasy. P.O. Peter Gibson and P.O. Andrew Smith investigated.

June 23– Mark Roush, 53, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following an investigation on Grant Pl. for Simple Assault and Criminal Trespass. P.O. Peter Gibson made the arrest.

June 23– James Winborne, 52, of Charlotte, NC, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the East Hanover, Newark, North Plainfield and Mountainside Municipal Courts. Sgt. Paul Halpin made the arrest.

June 24– Taylor Guthrie, 24, of Atlantic Highlands, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Brookside Ln. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

June 28– Jason Mayer, 30, of Lakehurst, NJ, and Christopher Mackay, 36, of Paterson, NJ, were both arrested for Burglary, Theft and Receiving Stolen Property following an investigation on Carolyn Rd. P.O. Frank Salerno made the arrest with assistance from P.O. Eric Van Schaack and Det. Greg Oliva.

June 29– Jonathan Merklinger, 29, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Little Silver Municipal Court. P.O. Frank Salerno made the arrest.

June 30– A resident from Silverton Ave. reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) cut a wire that connects to the residence. Sgt. Kevin Halpin investigated.
