Criminal Mischief occurring on 7-26-13 at Monmouth Street business. Owner reported that unknown person(s) spray-painted graffiti on to side of building. Ptl. Gary Watson.

Theft occurring at Riverview Plaza—Hospital between 7-27-13 and 7-28-13. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a gold bracelet and gold necklace with medallion. Ptl. Gary Watson

Theft occurring between 7-26-13 and 7-29-13 at River St. Victim reported vehicle stolen, 2005 Black Dodge Stratus, North Carolina Reg. BDH 7540. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Theft occurring at Monmouth St.—grocery store on 7-29-13. Victim reported that unidentified subject stole cash from purse. Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Theft occurring at Chestnut St.—Red Bank Armory on 7-30-13. Victim reported that a black I Phone was stolen from backpack in locker room. Ptl. George Travostino.

Theft occurring at Tilton Ave. residence on 7-31-13. Victim reported that unknown person(s) removed a statute of a lion from front porch. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

ARRESTS:

Eriberto Baretto-Perez, male age 23 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-1-13 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Criminal Trespass by Ptl. James DePonte.

Danielle Mancini, age 40 female of Roselle Park, NJ was arrested on 8-1-13 in the area of Broad St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Gary Watson. [Update, November 25, 2013: Official records of this arrest were ordered expunged by Superior Court Judge John Mullaney on November 14, 2013.]

Brian Weil, age 22 male of Middletown was arrested on 7-31-13 in the area of Riverside Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Joseph Kelly, age 59 male of Eatontown was arrested on 7-31-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Pablo Sanchez-Gonzalez, age 22 male of Red Bank was arrested on 7-31-13 in the area of Bridge Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

James Garrymore, age 22 male of Freehold NJ was arrested on 7-27-13 in the area of Maple Ave. for DWI and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Remington Thomas, age 22 male of Middletown was arrested on 7-27-13 in the area of Monmouth St. for Criminal Mischief by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Justin Balon, age 26 male of Morganville NJ was arrested on 7-26-13 in the area of Broad St. for DWI by Ptl. Beau Broadley.

Glenn Joyce, age 43 male of Red Bank was arrested on 7-27-13 in the area of E. Front St. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Anthony Francese, age 21 male of Middletown was arrested on 7-26-13 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Charles Wilson, age 25 male from Red Bank was arrested on 7-25-13 in the area of S. Pearl St. for Agg. Assault on Police Officer, Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Poss. of CDS Marijuana under 50 grams, Poss. of CDS w/I to Dist., Poss of CDS w/I 500 ft. of a Park or Pub. Housing, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Administration of Law.
