July 7: Buff Anderson, 19, Fair Haven, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Defiant Trespass. Â Ptl. William Lagrotteria was the arresting Officer.
July 7: Jason Demitro, 24, Hollywood FL., was charged with Theft by Deception and also issued a borough ordinance for Soliciting Without a Permit. This was in reference to a report made on May 30, 2014 by a Harvard Rd. resident for an auto repair scam. Det. Schneider signed the complaints after he competed his investigation.
July 9: A Harvard Road resident reported that an unknown subject(s) had fraudulently purchased items using the victims Credit Card. Ptl. William Lagrotteria took the report.
July 12: Wayne Bright, 67, Fair Haven, was arrested following an incident at his residence after drug paraphernalia was located. Subsequent to arrest addition CDS and paraphernalia were located on his person. He was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful possession of Syringes, Unlawful possession of a weapon (Knife), Possession of Crack Cocaine. Subject was transported to MCCI on $10,000.00 Bail No 10% pending a Court Appearance. Sgt. Jesse Dykstra and Ptl. Christian Hostrup were the arresting Officers.
July 15: Matthew Pezzolo, 23, Fair Haven, was arrested subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for an active warrant out of Belmar. Subject was released after posting full bail. Cpl. John Waltz was the arresting Officer.
July 18: A Buena Vista resident reported lawn damage caused by an unknown vehicle which damaged a water line. S/O Robinson is investigating.
July 21: James Acerra, 50, Long Branch, was placed under arrest subsequent to a motor vehicle stop where an active warrant out of West Long Branch was found. Subject was later released after posting full cash bail. Ptl. Eric Patton was the arresting Officer.
July 23: A Gillespie Ave resident reported that several unknown subject were photographed trespassing on his property. Sgt. Jesse Dykstra is investigating.
July 25: A Parker Ave resident reported that $1000.00 in unauthorized withdrawals were made from her account from an ATM in Hoboken. Ptl. Eric Patton is the investigating Officer.
July 28: Courtney McNeese, 39, Red Bank, was arrested after an active warrant out of Fair Haven. Subject was released after posting full cash bail. S/O Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.
July 28: A Timber Court resident reported that several subjects had vandalized a vehicle at his residence. S/O Brooks Robertson took the report.
July 29: A Lincoln Ave resident report an attempted Burglary that took place at their residence. Det. Stephen Schneider is investigating.
