authorities_ls2-2014-206x220-8741673July 3– Herbert Standard, 34, of Asbury Park, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Sycamore Ave. for Obstruction and Hindering after providing an officer with false information. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 4– Elisnay Dominguez, 32, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Pinckney Rd. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Red Bank Municipal Court. P.O. Robert Chenoweth made the arrest.

July 5– Patrick O’Connell, 20, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following a suspicious person complaint on Little Silver Point Rd. for Burglary, Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, Consumption of Alcohol Underage, Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief. P.O. Amanda Arnold made the arrest.

July 6– Two male juveniles, 16 and 17, both of Little Silver, NJ, were arrested following a suspicious persons complaint on Oceanport Ave. for Consumption of Alcohol Underage and Obstruction. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 7– A male juvenile, 16, of Little Silver, NJ, was arrested following an investigation on Ridge Rd. for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. P.O. Peter Gibson made the arrest.

July 7– A resident from Mayfair Ct. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering that an unknown subject(s) made fraudulent purchases on their account. P.O. Andrew Smith and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

July 9– A victim from Ridge Rd. reported Harassment after being offensively touched by a known acquaintance. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

July 9– A resident from Rivers Edge Dr. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering that an unknown subject(s) made several fraudulent purchases on their account. P.O. Amanda Arnold and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

July 10– Hakin Cole, 21, of Asbury Park, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Seaside Heights Municipal Court. P.O. Robert Chenoweth made the arrest.

July 10– Vanisha Darby, 20, of Brick, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Wall Township Municipal Court. P.O. Robert Chenoweth made the arrest.

July 13– A resident from Harding Rd. reported Credit Card Fraud after discovering that an unknown subject(s) made several fraudulent purchases on their account. Sgt. Kevin Halpin and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

July 14– Jorge Aguilar, 26, of Somerville, NJ, was arrested after a disorderly person complaint on the NJ Transit train for active Contempt of Court warrants out of the Manville and Sayerville Municipal Courts. P.O. Peter Giblin made the arrest.

July 14– A victim from Sycamore Ave. reported Terroristic Threats after receiving threats from a former co-worker. P.O. Amanda Arnold and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

July 15– A resident from Breezy Point reported Theft after discovering that an unknown subject(s) stole his jet ski and trailer that was parked in the yard. P.O. Joseph Glynn, Jr. and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

July 16– Nathan Stephenson, 33, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested following a traffic stop on Branch Ave. for an active Non-Support warrant out of the Monmouth County Family Court. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 17– A male juvenile, 17, of Shrewsbury, NJ, was arrested following a suspicious person complaint on Silverton Ave. for Obstruction. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 17– Herbert Standard, 34, of Eatontown, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Asbury Park Municipal Court. Det. Greg Oliva made the arrest.

July 17– Abraham Diaznieto, 49, of Tinton Falls, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. P.O. Peter Gibson made the arrest.

July 17– Marcelino Valdez-Vasquez, 31, of Long Branch, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Hanover Township Municipal Court. Det. Greg Oliva made the arrest.

July 19– A resident from North Lovett Ave. reported Harassment after receiving a phone call from an unknown person who claimed to be employed with a government agency and used obscenities towards the resident. P.O. Robert Chenoweth investigated.

July 20– Gerard Kaminski, 63, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Harding Rd. for Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 21– Stephen Sutphen, 24, of Bayville, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for Driving While Intoxicated. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 22– A resident from Borden Pl. reported Theft after discovering that some items from inside her home were stolen. P.O. Andrew Smith and Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

July 22– James Kelly, 53, of Eatontown, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Breezy Point for Driving While Intoxicated and an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Monmouth County Superior Court. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 23– Connor Ryan, 19, of Middletown, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Prospect Ave. for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 Grams. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 24– A business owner on Prospect Ave. reported Bad Checks after a customer wrote a check that was not honored by the bank due to insufficient funds. Det. Greg Oliva investigated.

July 26– A resident from Branch Ave. reported Criminal Mischief after discovering that an unknown subject(s) caused damage to a concrete pillar at the end of his driveway sometime during the early morning hours. P.O. Andrew Smith investigated.

July 27– Jose Argueta, 33, of Lakewood, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Markham Pl. for Obstruction after providing an officer with false information. P.O. Eric Van Schaack made the arrest.

July 29– Adam Lynch, 19, of Shrewsbury, NJ, was arrested on Prospect Ave. following an investigation for Disorderly Conduct. Det. Greg Oliva made the arrest.

July 31– Lechelle Hall, 24, of Red Bank, NJ, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Branch Ave. for an active Contempt of Court warrant out of the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. P.O. Andrew Smith made the arrest.
