FAIR HAVEN: CRIME & ARREST REPORTS

Crime and arrest reports, unedited, as provided by the Fair Haven Police Department for the month of March, 2015.

authorities_fh2-20826933/3- A River Road resident reported that an unknown subject had used her name to obtain and use a PayPal credit card. Fraud report was filed with Ptl. Christian Hostrup to dispute the charges.

03/5-Jordan Rivera, 24, Red Bank was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following a traffic stop. Mr. Rivera also received two traffic citations for Reckless Driving and Improper passing.  Lt. Joseph McGovern and Sgt. Jesse Dykstra where the arresting Officer.

3/14-Shane Callahan, 21, Rumson was issued three traffic citations after an investigation found him to be the operator of a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident in the Borough. Mr. Callahan was issued the following citations, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and reckless driving. S/O Brooks Robinson was the investigating Officer.

03/15- Luke Vinci, 21, Long Branch, was placed under arrest and charged with Simple Assault stemming from a physical altercation with codefendant Shane Callahan at a Church Street address. Subject was processed and released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. S/O Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.

03/15-Shane Callahan, 21, Rumson was placed under arrest and charged with Simple Assault stemming from a physical altercation with codefendant Luke Vinci at a Church Street address. Subject was processed and released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. S/O Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.

03/15- A Princeton Road resident reported Vandalism to her vehicle which had sustained a broken rear window. The damage was documented, nothing inside the vehicle was reported missing. Sgt. Jesse Dykstra took the report.

03/16- A Linden Dr. resident reported that an unknown subject had filed a fraudulent tax return in his name with the I.R.S. Report was taken by Ptl. Christian Hostrup.

03/19- Patrols responded to Distinctive Toys located on River Road for a burglary alarm. Upon arrival the front glass door was broken where an unknown subject had made entry. An undisclosed value of property was removed from the store prior to patrols arrival. The business was secured and Det. Stephen Schneider was contacted to process the scene. **04/06 Joint investigation with several Municipalities lead Det. Stephen Schneider to sign complaints against Isiah Casrell, 29, of Freehold who is being charged with Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Mischief. Subject was processed and placed in the Monmouth County Jail on $30,000.00 bail with no 10% option. Cpl. Jeffrey Jarvis and Det. Stephen Schneider were the investigating Officers.

03/20- Scott Meller, 31, Shrewsbury was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop. Subject was processed and released with summonses for W.I, Speeding and Reckless Driving pending a Fair Haven court appearance. Ptl. William Lagrotteria was the arresting Officer.

03/24- Jessica Bellagamba, 29, Toms River turned herself in on an active traffic warrant out of Fair Haven in the amount of $350.00. Det. Stephen Schneider was the arresting Officer. Subject posted full bail amount before her release.

03/25-Nicole Shubeck, 22 , Eatontown was placed under arrest following a traffic stop for an active traffic warrant out of Shrewsbury in the amount of $240.00. Subject was released after posting full cash bail. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey was the arresting Officer.

03/29- Jake Bevilacqua, 23, Eatontown was placed under arrest following a traffic stop for an active traffic warrant out of Woodbridge Twp in the amount of $250.00. Subject was released after posting full cash bail. S/O Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.
